FAQ
1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Baby cribs may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.
2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Baby cribs have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].
3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.
4. What types of baby cribs do you offer?
We offer full-size and non-full-size baby cribs. All our cribs comply with 16 CFR Part 1219 (full-size cribs, incorporating ASTM F1169) and 16 CFR Part 1220 (non-full-size cribs, incorporating ASTM F406). The CPSC mandatory safety standards cover stability, hardware durability, slat strength, corner post requirements, mattress support integrity, and surface coating lead limits (≤90 ppm for paint, ≤100 ppm for substrate). Each crib has been tested at a CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory and is accompanied by a Children's Product Certificate (CPC).
⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY NOTE: Per 16 CFR § 1130.4, durable infant products must be permanently marked with the manufacturer/importer name, contact information, model name/number, and date of manufacture. All our cribs also include postage-paid product registration cards per the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, enabling recall notifications.
5. What types of baby crib bells (crib mobiles) do you offer?
We offer crib mobiles (infant toys) for visual and auditory stimulation. Our crib bells comply with ASTM F963-23, the mandatory toy safety standard incorporated into 16 CFR Part 1250. This standard covers:
-
Mechanical/physical safety: No small parts (choking hazard), no sharp edges/points
-
Acoustics: Sound level limits to protect infant hearing
-
Battery accessibility: Secured compartments, button/coin battery warnings (if applicable)
-
Flammability: Compliance with 16 CFR Part 1610
-
CPSIA lead/phthalate limits: Lead ≤100 ppm, phthalates ≤0.1%
⚠️ IMPORTANT: CRADLE AND BASSINET STANDARD — Baby crib mobiles are not play yards or sleep products, but any crib bell designed for a bassinet or cradle must meet ASTM F2194 (Standard for Bassinets and Cradles) if the bassinet/cradle is included or referenced.
6. What types of baby sleeping bags do you offer?
We offer wearable blankets/sleep sacks for infants and toddlers. Our sleeping bags comply with 16 CFR Part 1615 (sizes 0-6X) and 16 CFR Part 1616 (sizes 7-14) flammability standards for children's sleepwear. Key requirements include:
-
Flame-resistant fabric that self-extinguishes
-
Testing at fabric, prototype, and production stages (as produced, after 1 wash, after 50 washes)
-
Maximum char length of 7.0 inches in vertical flammability tests
-
For infant garments sized ≤9 months, alternative flammability requirements under 16 CFR Part 1610 apply if certain dimensions and labeling conditions are met
7. What is the CPSC and what are my rights?
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) protects the public from unreasonable risk of injury from consumer products. If you experience any safety issue with our products, please report it immediately to us and to the CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov. Manufacturers and retailers have a legal obligation to report serious product hazards to CPSC within 24 hours of obtaining information.
8. What is a Children's Product Certificate (CPC)?
All our infant/toddler products (cribs, crib mobiles) are accompanied by a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) certifying compliance with all applicable CPSC safety rules, based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. This includes identification of product, citation to each safety rule, manufacturer/importer information, testing dates, and third-party laboratory identification.
9. What are tracking labels and product registration cards?
Per 16 CFR Part 1130, all durable infant products (cribs, crib mobiles designed for bassinets) must include:
-
Permanent tracking labels on product and packaging containing: manufacturer/importer name, production date (month/year), batch or lot number, country of origin.
-
Postage-paid product registration cards attached to the product surface so that consumers must notice and handle the form after purchase. Manufacturers maintain registrant records for at least 6 years after manufacture. This enables recall notifications in case of safety issues.
10. Are your products compliant with the Safe Sleep for Babies Act (SSBA)?
Yes. The SSBA (enacted as part of the Omnibus Appropriations Bill) bans crib bumpers and inclined sleepers for infants. Our products comply fully — we do not sell crib bumpers or inclined sleep products. Our crib bells are toys, not sleep products. Our sleeping bags are wearable blankets approved for safe sleep environments.
