2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Baby Cribs (16 CFR Part 1219/1220 Compliance):

  • Read all assembly and use instructions before first use.

  • Use only the mattress size specified for your crib model. Gaps between mattress and crib sides must be no more than two finger widths to prevent entrapment.

  • Never use crib bumpers, pillows, or loose bedding — these violate safe sleep guidelines and are banned by the Safe Sleep for Babies Act (SSBA).

  • Always use the provided hardware. Substituting hardware can compromise structural integrity.

  • Inspect regularly for loose screws, cracks, or missing parts.

  • Do not add aftermarket accessories not approved by the manufacturer.

  • Stop using the crib if any part is damaged, broken, or missing.

  • Register your product using the attached registration card per 16 CFR Part 1130 to receive recall notifications.

  • Duty to Report: If you experience any safety incident with a crib, report it to CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov immediately.

For Baby Crib Bells (Crib Mobiles — ASTM F963-23 / 16 CFR Part 1250 Compliance):

  • Remove the mobile when your baby can push up on hands and knees (typically 4-5 months) to prevent entanglement.

  • Keep out of reach of the infant at all times. Mobiles are visual stimulation toys, not for grasping.

  • Inspect for loose parts before each use. Discard if damaged.

  • Battery safety (if applicable): Battery compartments are child-resistant. If the product contains button/coin batteries, they comply with UL 4200A swallowing prevention requirements. WARNING: Keep batteries away from children. If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.

  • Crib mobiles are toys, not sleep products — they do not replace safe sleep practices.

  • For bassinets/cradles: If this mobile is used with a bassinet, the bassinet must comply with ASTM F2194.

For Baby Sleeping Bags (Wearable Blankets — 16 CFR Parts 1615/1616 Compliance):

  • Use the correct size for your infant's weight and length. Do not use sleeping bags that are too large — the infant could slip inside, causing suffocation risk.

  • Ensure the armholes fit snugly but allow movement. No loose fabric around the face.

  • Do not use additional blankets inside the sleeping bag.

  • Follow care instructions exactly — improper washing (bleach, fabric softener) may reduce flame resistance.

  • Discontinue use if the zipper breaks or fabric shows wear, holes, or damage.

  • Infant garments sized ≤9 months may be exempt from 16 CFR 1615/1616 if they meet dimensional and labeling requirements, but must still comply with 16 CFR Part 1610.

Additionally, each product includes a postage-paid product registration card attached to the product surface per 16 CFR § 1130.5(b)-(c). Please complete and return the registration card. This is required per the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act (15 U.S.C. § 2056a).

6. CPSC Reporting Obligations

We maintain a compliance program to ensure timely reporting.

7. Safe Sleep for Babies Act (SSBA) Compliance
